A new challenge for March

Hello my friends!

My cold is (almost) gone and even though I’m still struggling with my running, I decided to set a new challenge for myself for the month of March!

It’s nothing complicated, just to drink 2 litres of water every day throughout the entire month. And trust me when I say, it’s much harder than it might sound!

But I’m very pleased to say that so far I have managed to drink it every day (outside of other stuff I might drink).

I’m curious to see if it has any visible impact on me so I will keep you posted!
