Morning!

Another day in this boiling office… Although the “big boys” are out, so it is just me, Chris and Kim. Went and saw Moby with Rob last night at the Royal Festival Hall. I was very pleasantly surprised I have to admit. I didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t really been listening to his newish stuff, but the gig was great and I had a really good time. The crowed was very mixed, and I enjoyed the fact that all 3000 people stood up and danced during some of the songs, going completely crazy.

I also had an epiphany during the show. I realised that almost every single person I have been in a relationship with or who has liked me has had some kind of “father issues”. Some of you might know a bit about my own family situation and my somewhat strange relationship to my dad, so yes, it felt a bit weird to realise it.

Anyways, I should get on with work, but I hope you have a nice day! Don’t forget to come downstairs at Life tonight! Kyoto Jazz Massive will be there, alongside Dom (the don) Servini, The bPm & maybe Gilles Peterson (if he is back from Cuba…) Hopefully I will see some of you there!
