Last weekend I had the absolute pleasure of finally meeting Colin, the mastermind behind the amazing website CubikMusik. We met through Twitter a couple of months ago and whilst talking about different things we realized that our birthdays were three days apart. Being two music lovers (and coincidentally loving the same types of music), we set up a “challenge” to make each other birthday mixes. He had to make a mix for me covering the years from 1974 to 2009 (the year he was born to his current birthday) and I had to create a mix for him with 35 songs (which is the age he turned). And below is the result… I don’t really have much else to say, apart from that I hope Colin (and you guys) enjoy this little treat. It was made with a lot of love, so if nothing else, I hope at least that shines through.
